Donna J. Kell

Prior to forming the Kell Group in June 1999, Donna J. Kell had over 15 years of practice management experience that included accounts receivable administration, information systems development, human resources management and general operations. Over the course of her practice management career, Donna has been a consultant for an accounting firm, director of a hospital management subsidiary where she facilitated practice startups and was the Director of Practice Management for an acquiring hospital and was charged with transitioning a variety of practices from private to an integrated network model.
Prior to working in the healthcare industry, Donna sold and installed mainframe computer systems and systems software for the IBM Corporation.
She holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a master's degree in public management from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz School.
In addition to providing day-to-day leadership for her medical billing staff, Donna is also a sought after medical billing consultant.
